What do you have CYGNUM_HAL_VIRTUAL_VECTOR_DEBUG_CHANNEL,
CYGNUM_HAL_VIRTUAL_VECTOR_CONSOLE_CHANNEL_DEFAULT and
CYGNUM_HAL_VIRTUAL_VECTOR_CONSOLE_CHANNEL set to. Try using the value
2.
