So what is the difference between MI status (offset 1) and PHY status
(offset 14h) ?
(well I know there are different bits but the standard defines 0x01 and the
VT6103 implements that and its own 0x14.
The phy_status function only cares about link status, auto negotiate done,
and speed which are available in both registers.
So go with the "standard" one or the "extended" one? Thoughts?
