You should first upgrade to anoncvs:
http://ecos.sourceware.org/anoncvs.html
Patches to v2.0 will not be accepted.
Once you have it working and tested send the patches to
ecos-patches@ecos.sourceware.org. We will then review the patch.
Small patches we can directly accept. Bigger patchs we require a
copyright assignment: http://ecos.sourceware.org/assign.html
