- Subject: [ECOS] Installing eCos manually.
Hi,
I installed successfully Cygwin (on Win2k) and it seems to work properly.
I if run "sh ecos-install.tcl" the installation tool starts correctly,
but later, after I select the mirror site, my proxy
stops the connection for some reason and it does not complete.
So I downloaded manually the following files from a mirror site.
ecos-install.tcl (I don't think I will need it)
ecos-install.db
ecoscentric-gnutools-powerpc-eabi1.4-2.cygwin.tar.bz2
multi-ice-gdb.tar.gz
eCosDoc20.zip
ecos-2.0-doc.tar.bz2
ecos_2.0.cygwin.tar.bz2
Sorry for my silly question - I'm new with Linux - what should I do now
to install eCos and all the related tools?
Thanx.
