[ECOS] Privacy/confidentiality disclaimers

The maintainers of sourceware.org have made some changes to the mailing
list processing to better reflect long-standing site policy as seen in the
second bullet of <http://sourceware.org/lists.html>, namely:

"Please do not include or reference confidentiality notices, like:

      This e_mail contains privileged and confidential
information. If you are not the intended _recipient you must not
disseminate, copy or take any action in reliance on it, and we request that
you notify companyname immediately.

Such disclaimers are inappropriate for mail sent to public lists. If your
company automatically adds something like this to outgoing mail, and you
can't convince them to stop, you might consider using a free web-based
e-mail account."

The sourceware.org mail handling has now been changed to attempt to detect
and bounce mails containing such disclaimers. If your mail is rejected for
this reason, you should be informed. If there is a false match feel free to
mail me or the overseers mailing list (overseers [AT] sourceware.org).
However, note that for positive matches there will be no exceptions.
