Hello Uwe,
It's still issue for me (to ask a copyright disclaimer). But, if I
remember, you did plan to get up own web resource in Germany to hold the
lpc22xx eCos stuff, didn't you? A while those my initial ports for
Olimex boards are suspended and my service provider doesn't give me any
version control service, it's hardly to sync any changes in those
sources. I would relocate the stuff to any other suitable resource which
let us to manage it a bit easier. In Nov 26 SoftHome.Net will close free
POP3 service and I had to unsubscribe my that w3sg account from ecos
list and I ran to Google :-)
It seems this is _off_topic_ talk, but I wonder, What do you think about
Google project hosting (http://code.google.com/hosting)? To hold and
update the Olimex lpc22xx sources eCos in nowadays. I'm not a lawyer and
I don't know, Can we register the eCos related project to prevent any
license wars in future? Google offer free support for projects are
covered by
Apache License 2.0
Artistic License/GPLv2
GNU GPLv2
GNU GPLv3
GNU Lesser GPL
MIT License
Mozilla Public License 1.1
New BSD License
I see, this isn't the best solution but to get Downloads room, SVN
repository, Wiki, Issues instead that my nanoblog it is more suitable
for us, isn't it? What do you think about?
Kind regards,
Sergei
