That looks like it should cover the target I'm currently

That's what I suspected. Since the product in question uses
sources circa 2.0, I'll have to build from sources. I'm
currently testing a build script under Linux. Once that works,
I'll give it a try under Cygwin. Unfortunately, building
building the multilibs under Cygwin is probably going to take
many hours.
I should probably figure out how to modify the sources so it
only builds the library combination I care about...
