EINTR in ecos

I read in Linux that blocking system call will return with EINTR when
an interrupt occurs. What is the behaviour in eCos ?
What is the case of socket read ( blocking call ), when an interrupt occurs ?

If a thread send a signal to itself , all other threads also receive
the signal ?
