Send a mail to overseers@sourceware.org to let them know of the problem.
We have also been unable to pull from the CVS repository to keep the
mercurial shadow (http://hg-pub.ecoscentric.com/ecos) updated for the
last 2 days.
There appears to be a problem with the host as it is also very slow
serving web pages. The last time this happened I believe was due to
some students in Asia attempting to pull the whole CVS repository (which
includes gdb, cygwin and so on) off sourceware, effectively DOS'ing the
system.
