eCos version 2.0 does not support JFFS2 with NAND devices.
Work on this is being contemplated, but it will only appear
in the CVS version. The schedule for this is not yet clear
as there are some licensing issues to work out.

I'm not sure what this question means. The current FLASH drivers
only support a single type of FLASH at one time. A newer driver
framework is being created which will support multiple FLASH device
types simultaneously.
As for the types of devices supported, that depends completely on
the actual platform support contributed.
