*	Added N5272C3 evaluation board platform HAL.
*	Added ColdFire MCF5272 serial device driver.

*	Added the following directories:
*	packages/hal/coldfire
*	packages/devs/serial/coldfire
*	Added all the files contained in the directories listed above.
*	Added M5272C3 hardware template and package descriptions to the
package database contained in the file “ecos.db”.
