Subject: Some might be useful 1.3.x packages

I decided to put some of might be usefull 1.3.x version packages onto
<http://www.vsr.si/ecos/patches>. There You can find:
  - a stepper motor driver,
  - a multi SCC/ASCC serial driver and
  - ControlTechniques Unidrive serial protocol.
