:-). I've always been jealous of people who use laptops for their normal 
work as they can just bring them into meetings with them and continue 
working :-).

If your mailer is 8-bit clean (especially preserving tabs, keeping 
newlines in the same place and other white space) then inline might be 
slightly easier for smaller patches, but it doesn't really matter.
