I don't know if it makes that much difference or not, but part of this patch
was the elimination of the
packages/devs/eth/arm/innovator/current/src/if_innovator.c file. (It
doesn't _really_ matter, since the file is no longer listed in the CDL, but
it might be confusing to somebody down the line).
