FW: Miscellaneous innovator patches

Would now be a good time to ask about the status of these patches again?  I
am waiting for these to be committed, and for management here to sign off on
the copyright assignment form, to submit new OMAP patches.  I have fixed
some interrupt related stuff and have started reorganizing the tree to pull
all of the OMAP specific stuff into a single package, which targets such as
the Innovator and Minno can use.

Hi folks, I'm back!
Attached (hopefully) are a set of miscellaneous patches for the innovator.
These add interrupt support, fix some cache issues, and clean up (just a
little -- don't get your hopes up too much) the code a little bit.

Note that I have added a new file: 

packages/hal/arm/arm9/innovator/current/include/omap1510.h

As always, questions, comments, and snide remarks are welcome.

(Note that, since this my first posting from the new account, I am still
ironing out how to do this -- let me know if you have any problems reading
this, or the attached patch file).
