I've tested this on an E7T with 39vf400 FLASH and it works fine.
When this patch is comitted I'll generate a patch to make the E7T
use the 39vfxxx driver instead of the old 39vf400 driver - then I
guess the old driver can be removed (I don't believe anything else
uses it...).
