Fujitsu -Flash-Driver : MBM29LV800

Hi,

this is my #1 patch I ever send to a open source project.
I've add a tar which include the flash-driver (extract to packages/dev/flash)
and here is the change of ecos.db (only an addition) : 

package CYGPKG_DEVS_FLASH_FUJITSU_MBM29LV800 {
 alias   { "Support for Fujitsu MBM29LV800 flash memory" 
flash_fujitsu_mbm29lv800 }
 directory devs/flash/fujitsu/mbm29lv800
