I've given up on Jifl doing it any took a look myself. Appart from
some minor white space changes the code has been commited to CVS
unchanged. I've commited the variant hal, the generic serial and
watchdog drivers, the mcb2100 and the p2106 port. Attached is the
patch.

Jani, please could you checkout the 'htdocs/boards' and create
descriptions of these two targets.
