RedBoot fis_create fix and cursor key editing

Hi,

I fixed a small thing in redboot's fis_create command. If you create a new 
image and use only the -f parameter for the flash address, redboot uses the 
flash address as mem_base for the image and not the mem_base from the 
loaded image.

I also added cursor-key support for editing. It's much more comfortable now 
and should work as before if the terminal doesn't use escape codes.
