I'll write it up as soon as the rest of the issues are resolved.
I would also remove the refernce to flash. It might be flash for you,
but it could be some other device on somebody else board.
Note that the onboard flash of the AT91R40162 is actually a seperate
chip in the same package. Could someone with the requisite hardware
experience check the schematics?
Is the external reset a dedicated pin? Or can it also be used as a
GPIO? If its a GPIO as well, then you should add CDL to control this.
