This is too much work for me currently. Perhaps I can get back to it.
I'm going to try
to stick to smaller patches for now.

I shall be happy to step back and allow someone else to make these changes,
these are pretty trivial changes so it doesn't require any particular
athttpd/tcl
skills. Seems like sensible enough changes(just dir layout/docs, no observable
difference in actual code).
