That seems to fix the problem with Ctrl-A. Thanks. Ctrl-E and Ctrl-K also appear
to be fine now. I think RedBoot's idea of where the cursor is may have got out
of sync by my attempted use of the arrow keys in HyperTerminal.

As an aside, do the Ctrl-F, Ctrl-B, Ctrl-P and Ctrl-N editing commands map to
the arrow keys for any well known terminal emulations (eg vt52, vt100, ansi,
minitel)? If not, it would be useful for RedBoot to support the arrow keys for
one of the terminal emulations implemented by both minicom and HyperTerminal.
But that's more of an enhancement request.
