This problem was introduced by the David Fernandez patch of
http://ecos.sourceware.org/ml/ecos-patches/2006-11/msg00037.html
The patch added some #ifdef's around eth_dsr() but missed one of the uses.
I do not understand what purpose the extra #ifdef's served, if any, and suspect
they should just be removed. However I am not familiar with the internals of
this driver so I'll leave it to jifl who checked in the patch.
