[PATCH] Some documentation fix for argp.h and terminal.texi

Hi,
This patch fixes two typo for argp/argp.h and manual/terminal.texi.
argp/argp.h has a typo, s/puncuation/punctuation/.
manual/terminal.texi has a wrong definition cfmakeraw(), that
info says:
- Function: int cfmakeraw (struct termios *TERMIOS-P)
but /usr/include/termios.h says:
extern void cfmakeraw (struct termios *__termios_p) __THROW;
It's trivial things, but please apply it.
