If you have a problem with the *context functions implemented for 2.16 by

        * sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/arm/eabi/swapcontext.S: New file.
        * sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/arm/ucontext_i.sym: New file.
        * sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/arm/Makefile (gen-as-const-headers): Add
        ucontext_i.sym.

then please file a bug in glibc Bugzilla, component "ports", that 
identifies more specifically the defect you think is present in those 
implementations.
