It doesn't look like it. It looks like it was part of the linuxthreads
add-on and never a proper part of glibc, even though the main manual
referenced it.
OK, so I guess we can ignore that idea and just rewrite it ourselves,
there wasn't that much content, but I thought it might be a start.
