Subject: Updated rwlock elision patchkit

This is an updated version of the TSX rwlock elision patchkit.
I addressed Carlos comments (removing the central default)
and rebased to the latest tree (mainly some file moves)

I'll wait a day for further comments and then commit unless
there are any objections.
