Agreed, the question is if we should or not only consider patches that has
been already send and/or reviewed before the froze schedule. My problem w
ith latest changes is we need to set a really hard freeze for such changes
as well (say first two weeks of hard freeze) because not every architecture
maintainer/tests regularly check or have hardware availability based on the
timeframe the important feature is pushed to check for regressions.
