Master is now open for glibc 2.25 development.

We have tagged and branched glibc 2.24 for release.

I'm waiting on a gpg key update before I can upload.

Thank you very much for your work as release manager,
reviewing patches, and making sure everything went
smoothly!

I'll update the website and send out emails once
the upload is complete.
