Clearly we need to add execution tests that use the glob64 and globfree64
interfaces (which would fall back to acting as compilation tests with
build-many-glibcs.py, so at least ensuring a non-compat glob64 symbol is
always exported). (That's about ensuring the expected APIs are always
present on master in future, not about the release branch issue; we don't
have bots testing build-many-glibcs.py on release branches.)
