Sorry. These above are abbreviations of era and have not yet been
implemented in Glibc.
So, they mean as below:
"Heisei 31 nen 05 gatsu 01 nichi",
"Heisei 31 nen 08 gatsu 12 nichi"
Correctly, these should be:
"(new era) gan nen 05 gatsu 01 nichi",
"(nes era) gan nen 08 gatsu 12 nichi"
