[PATCH] arm: fix use of INTERNAL_SYSCALL_CALL

Remove extra argument from INTERNAL_SYSCALL_CALL macro call.  Fixes
commit bc2eb9321e ("linux: Remove INTERNAL_SYSCALL_DECL").
