On about Mar 09 2020 Glibc changed their mail-list sender:

  From:
Sender: libc-alpha-owner@sourceware.org

  To:
Sender: "Libc-alpha" <libc-alpha-bounces@sourceware.org>

This broke my MDA filters, blocking the list from my inbox.
Might be related to the patchwork problem?
