Re: dwarfless failures on ppc64

Srini, attached are two patches:
1. powerpc_symtab.patch, which I sent you Monday
2. weak_symbols.patch, which applies atop #1

Please let me know whether these fixes resolve the powerpc failures
you're seeing.  If not, please send me your results, as previously
discussed.

Jim I have applied the patch and Now testsuite/nodwf01[2][3].stp works fine. Thanks for the fix.
